November 9th. is the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. I was fortunate enough to have been in Berlin during those dramatic days in 1989. Here are a small selection of documentary photographs I took on 9th and 10th.
November 9th: The Crossing
The day after the Wall fell, hundreds of East Berliners crossed the border.
Huge crowds formed to receive a gift from the West; a packet of coffee and chocolate bar.
